We are a privately owned physical therapy orthopedic outpatient clinic with over 20 years experience. A passion for treating all types of patients, from acute orthopedic to complex pain syndromes, providing excellence in patient care to surrounding Orange County and LA County communities, from ages 10 years of age and older.

The Bridge to wellness begins with an onsite 92-degree aquatic therapy pool designed specifically for rehabilitation. Our specialty is transitioning our clients from the aquatic environment to functional land therapy including exercise and manual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Complete evaluation and re-evaluation using evidence based guidelines.
  • Records daily patient documentation, statistics, and charges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop a plan of care, recommend and provide treatment.
  • Initiates, documentation, prepare patient/family for discharge.
  • Maintain active and supportive communication with patient.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Aides.

Summary:

Responsible for the development and implementation of a plan of care for patients with a variety of orthopedic related injuries.

Candidate Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT, OCS a plus, State of California Licensee Physical Therapist
